Not unless you get an account that requires a fee (most banks have free accounts and that's all you need. Yes, you will get a credit card, debit card, and checks with a free account too) or you otherwise do something to cause them to charge you (you have less in your account than is allowed and so they will charge you a fee or you overdraw).
