Dont have permission to open HOSTS file?

I ran my notepad as admin and when I try to open up my HOSTS file, it said i dont have permission to open the file and contact file owner to obtain permission. help..there is only one user acc on this comp and its mine.|||What you need to do is open notepad as an administrator (just right click on the link to it at Start %26gt; Programs %26gt; Assessories and then naviagate to the Hosts file and open it.
