Lady Antebellum is going to be with him on tour in Canada BUT on his FC for this particular show, it says it will be a 'special guest'
only thing i can suggest is you calling your local country radio stations and ask, they normally know these things..or call ticketmaster.
If you find out, email me, cuz im curious to know now lol
ill be seeing him 6x this tour, i cant wait!!! first show is 5/30 ahhh =)
