Bought an Ipod 3g but i think thath it might be stolen?

The guy didnt exactly tell me that it was stolen but when i connected it to my comp. the name did not appear to be his if it was stolen can they find it even though they dnt have a mobileme find my ipod touch acc. open?|||Nope you probably got a used itouch don't worry noone will have a trace of the iPod touch plus I don't believe they could have it back it's your boughten property, the person whom stole it would have to buy them another iPod touch I hope my answer helped!!!!!
