Equity bank wants me to send 拢300 by western union so that my acc will be opened to give me my winnings?

THIS IS A SCAM......NO LEGITIMATE BANK WOULD ASK YOU TO GIVE MONEY TO GET 'WINNINGS'. IF YOU OPEN SAID ACCOUNT IT WILL BE THE LAST YOU EVER SEE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.|||Why not send them 600 and they may double your winnings.|||check first...maybe fraud????|||It sounds like a scam to me. No real bank would ask for money before giving you your winnings.
