Window xp administrator and limitted acc question?

in window xp i got 1 administrator acc and a limitted acc,now my problem is limitted acc cannot open some important programme,anyone can teach me how to make them share all the programmes??|||Login as administrator, go to start, control panel, user accounts. Select the limited account, select change my account type and make the limited account an administrator account by selecting the button next to it and clicking on the Change Account Type button.
