Why cant i open another yahoo acc?

Its the new anti troll filter for people that try to open multiple accounts|||So you won't cheat the system.|||Actually you can! I am sure if you think about it for a bit it will come to you!|||i guess there is a problem in your server. you should be able to create another one. i just created a new account for a friend and it's working fine with no problem.
