What is a 3D graphics card and what is the difference in having a graphics card or a video card?

This is a common practice to have minimum balances in order to get free services. You can always call the bank and find out about another account option with lower minimums or talk to other banks to see what they offer.|||So your mom just opened any account without thinking it over?
You only open those accounts if you KNOW you can keep 5 grand in it.

Why didnt all those people using the now bankrupt Farepak - and lost their money - use a high int savings acc?
As I鈥檓 sure many have heard, there are hundreds of people around the country who have unfortunately lost all of their money, which they saved with a company called Farepak, which went bankrupt. Farepak was holding their money so that these people had money for Christmas presents.
The thing is, what exactly did Farepak do when it was still operating?? Did it invest peoples money? Did it offer interest?
Why didn鈥檛 the people using Farepak instead open a high interest savings account, which fully insures your money (pluis gives you interest)?
If this is the case (and if Farepak did not give interest) then are the people partly to blame for being idiots with their money, or have I missed the point?

Even for people who have a poor credit rating as such and cant get credit, they could still get a basic savings account with any bank or building society.

Interestingly, I heard a comical piec on the radio the other day that said if you had invested 拢1000 a year ago in various companies like 1Tel and a few others I can't remember, you'd have lost most of your money, however, if you'd spent the money on cans of beer, saved all the cans and turned the alluminium in for recycling today, you'd have made about 拢250 back!|||what i dont understand is, why are other companies now being slated for not helping the victims of farepak?, they are not the ones who caused this and so why should they foot the bill.

And why should Farepak customers be considered any more favourably than any other folk who lose money to companies that go bust?|||They save with companies like Farepak because they know they will be able to buy all the things they need for Christmas. If they just put the money in the bank, then if an unexpected bill came or they fancied a holiday the money would be taken out. Also a lot of these people are on benefits or on very low wages. If they put the money into a savings account for Christmas, the social would view this as savings and they could suffer a reduction in their entitlement. JUST LIKE BANKS. so the answer is not to switch to a pub savers club or another hamper company as I have seen many Farepak customers state - out of the frying pan into the fire ! The answer is to ask their local credit union for a Xmas club that locks the money away all year, try Yellow Pages under 'credit union' or phone 0161 832 3694
The thing is, what exactly did Farepak do when it was still operating?? Did it invest peoples money? Did it offer interest?
Why didn鈥檛 the people using Farepak instead open a high interest savings account, which fully insures your money (pluis gives you interest)?

Interestingly, I heard a comical piec on the radio the other day that said if you had invested 拢1000 a year ago in various companies like 1Tel and a few others I can't remember, you'd have lost most of your money, however, if you'd spent the money on cans of beer, saved all the cans and turned the alluminium in for recycling today, you'd have made about 拢250 back!|||what i dont understand is, why are other companies now being slated for not helping the victims of farepak?, they are not the ones who caused this and so why should they foot the bill.

If I buy something from a seller on ebay who thn deletd his acc, can i skip communication in paypal resolution?
I bought a piece of jewlery, he took money and deleted his ebay account. i opened a paypal claim but then want me and the seller to talk it out. only problem is he doesnt have an account. any quicker way around this?|||Tell paypal you attempted to communicate. You did. But his account is closed.

Window xp administrator and limitted acc question?
in window xp i got 1 administrator acc and a limitted acc,now my problem is limitted acc cannot open some important programme,anyone can teach me how to make them share all the programmes??|||Login as administrator, go to start, control panel, user accounts. Today when I opened my acc the attachments were blanks, earlier they would show a miniature photo, what to do?
I can only tell you what I have observed. If the picture is about 100kb or less you see a thumbnail of the picture a the bottom of the email. If the picture is much larger than that I only see a little reference to the photo that I can click on to see it. If it is really big, I don't see anything at all at the bottom of the email. The only reference to the attachment is at the top above the message.

Dont have permission to open HOSTS file?

You have to have a valid MSN, live.com, or live.com.au, hotmail.com, or hotmail.com.au email address if you want to forward your emails onto another hotmail account.

Upon the advice of my tax attorney, was told to open a new checking acc't, (IRS) problem: I owe other banks!

2) Visit www.facebook.com
3) If you're already signed in on a different account, press 'Account' at the top of the screen on the blue bar, then select 'Log out' at the bottom of the drop down menu.
4) It will take you to the facebook homepage. You should see a form to fill in to the right.
5) Fill it in using your new email address
6) Go to the new email address' inbox
7) Open up the email about confirming your facebook account.
8) Click the link to confirm
9) Well done. You've made a new facebook account.

Reply me plz|||If your account was sitting unused for 4 months at least, then Yahoo would have deleted the contents for nonuse, inactivity. You won't get them back.
